-Work on project questions (I would suggest looking in the workbook for ideas!) **Remember: Your questions should be relevant to your topic. In part 3, you need to talk about WHY the answers to your questions are important!! -You can start working on Lesson #7 questions on Pg. 109, #1-17 HOMEWORK -Study sections #4-6 for quiz next class (Will also include a little bit of lesson #1-3) -Work on combinatorics project Warm-up review questions in the notes posted below

HOMEWORK -Lesson #5 on Pg. 98; #1-12 (Skip #6 and #7 for now) Next class I will be absent for Grade 8 camp. Please work on Lessons #4 and #5 (homework for Lesson #4 posted last class). If you are away from grade 8 camp, please work on homework from lessons #4 and #5 on your own time. Students received their first quiz back today. I will be keeping student quizzes for marking records but students are welcome to view them at any time and take pictures. I have also attached a blank and completed version of the quiz for students to review. This year I am using a different marking system, more in line with BC's new curriculum. Please see the attached information documents below. Speak with your student to talk about the marking system as well since we talked about it in class. Notes attached below
